Principle Accountabilities
• To ensure the achievement of departmental goals via key initiatives consistent with the
business plan
• To assist with the development and launch of new prepaid products and services for the
youth segment in a timely and efficient manner that will enable the achievement of
departmental goals
• To ensure all processes and gates are adhered to and completed prior to and during a
program to ensure operational excellence
• To lead any marketing product event inclusive any sponsorship that fall under youth
brand
• To track and monitor product performance to enable future improvements and
accountability
• To maintain a good working relationship with all stakeholders to foster a proactive work
environment that constantly strives to improve current processes and products and/or to
spur the development of new and better products, service levels and best practices.
• To trouble shoot and prevent possible operational and technical challenges
• Projecting all data zoom to be visualize and easy to understand.
• Doing analysis and come out with key point to be highlighted to the stakeholder
• Handling all data request and come out with new idea on how all this data can be Celcom
Intelligent Data source to create campaign, program and initiative to all stakeholders.

Zoom Project (Celcom Intelligent) – Channel / Data Management & Application Specialist
1. Creating Zoom Data Library for internal data and external data
• Dealing with all government and non government agency to get all data needed
i.e Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara, Jabatan Pemetaaan Negara, Jabatan
Perangkaan Negara, Google Malaysia, MapIt and SPR
2. Compiling all data source and project it so that can be visualize and easy to understand
3. Create new working tools for Celcom Sales Person to help them do daily job routine
4. Doing analysis to all the data and come out with key point and idea on what campaign or
program can be done by the stakeholder and sales team.
