Lobby Leader management and primary contact in the banking center for servicing
accounts. My responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Leading the Financial Center in Operations Management Process
• Partnering with branch teammates to generate sales of our products
• Ensure operational integrity.
• Motivate and develop teammates to win together
• Supervising the teller line, providing coaching to associates and ensuring
excellent decisions are made regarding check cashing and other teller duties
Additional Responsibilities Include:
-Assist associates in uncovering sales opportunities and deep diving to uncover clients’
financial needs to convert service transactions into sales opportunities while managing
the lobby and migrating clients to other convenient ways to bank.
-Updating associates and management daily of new procedures to ensure compliance.
-Training new associates
-Reviewing all documents prior to being scanned to ensure all work is error free and was
properly completed
Since my time at Bank of America, I have not only made myself a top performer, but I
have also ensured the Financial Center is operationally excellent. I have also
assisted in the development of my peers to focus on being operationally fit as
well as to hit their sales goals and referral targets as well. I work closely with
my branch leadership to ensure that I am constantly challenging myself and

Personal Banker (November 2013-June 2014)
Proactively manage portfolio of high value business clients. Interview customers to
uncover financial priorities and maximize opportunities to expand client relationships and
ensure client satisfaction. Cross sell and refer to other business, mortgage and Investment
specialists within Bank of America.
• Source and provide credit solutions for prospects and clients. Assist clients in
developing and establishing credit structure.
• Conduct outbound sales activities. Use phone outreach, offsite events and follow
ups to ensure the best and most satisfying experience with clients.
• Leverage client leads, referrals, system tools, and areal outreach to identify high
net worth consumer clients and cross sell opportunities.
• Routinely work with customers and small business clients, to build and deepen
relationships by uncovering financial needs, and recommending the best products,
services and solutions to meet those needs.
• Partner with the appropriate specialists and/or teammates to serve the customer's
banking, small business, mortgage and investment needs to create the most

• Regularly meet with business partners to stay informed of key priorities and

Professional Teller/Customer Service Representative (August 2012-November 2013
As a Professional Teller/Customer Service Representative at Bank of America, I served
as the point of contact for consumer and small business customers. This includes
assisting customers with transactions, generating quality referrals, and owning
customer resolutions.

Duties: Moving pianos from one place to another in all types of weather conditions.
Occasionally moving furniture and assisting in training new workers.
H&R Block (December 2011-April 2012)
Duties: Preparing and filing federal and state tax returns while advising clients of
financial procedures, marketing in all areas and aspects of promotion as and scheduling
interested clients, filing customer sensitive information and researching IRS information
and projections of funds for clients.
As a bank agent, responsible for motivating clients to open bank accounts and assist with
any issues pertaining to their account. During promotional periods for bank loans,
assisting clients in processing of loans was a primary focus.
