As part of a large Special Events Team (Trunk Show) manger I travelled all across western
Canada holding “one day only” events within Peoples and Mappins Jewelers. In a short 8 months
I reached the position of number one sales person within the company with over $2.3M in sales.
Working closely with the District Managers and Store Managers, using excessive training and
educating techniques, I managed to take my region to number one for Zales North America.
Responsibilities included. Arranging security moves on a daily basis. Coaching the in store staff
on promoting these events, marketing and how to pre qualify their guests.

Cruising.
Since first joining NCL in 1995 as a dive instructor, then in December 1999 moving over to Port &
Cruise Consultant. I have played a big part of the implementation of Freestyle Cruising,

onboard was 186K. Was one of five auctioneers to win “Rookie of the year” award at
