TRINA SAVAGE is the Founder of Savage Consulting. Trina is a marketing, communications and tourism specialist. Her role as Executive Director of the Cayman Islands Tourism Association contributed
to her extensive experience and strong network within the Caribbean region. Originally from Canada, and based in the Cayman Islands since 1998, she created Savage Social in 2013, dedicated to assisting companies
build compelling communication strategies. Thanks to her management experience in the tourism industry and strong communication skills, she has leveraged on this area of expertise and network. The scope
evolved to encompass helping companies identify their targets – financial, cultural, experiential – and developing branding and marketing strategies to help them reach their targets. This expanded service offering

CARLO ARTANAhas a broad set of expertise thanks to his creative agency foundation followed by more than 15 years experience in airport and travel retail industries. Carlo is an analytical and decisive
Senior Executive, an Italian native, based in the Cayman Islands since 2009. He has a broad knowledge of all aspects of retail operations, with a focus on the customer experience, sales and marketing. He possesses a
deep knowledge of the US and Caribbean luxury retail duty-free and cruise market, as well as the European airport travel retail industry. He has worked for several major companies including Rome Airports, where he
was leading the Marketing department of the Commercial Direction, and more recently served as Marketing Director for Island Companies Ltd in Grand Cayman. Strategic planning, customer relationship
management, retail marketing strategy and execution are some of his specialties. carlo@savage.consulting
ALEXANDRE TABACOFF possesses an MBA from IFAG Business School in Paris and a Strategic Innovation Executive Education program from HEC. Alex started his career in ENI Petroleum in sales
roles. He then served in different management roles at leading retailers such Sunglass Hut, Capilux and LVMH/Starboard Cruise Services. In 2005 he was appointed Head of Retail at Rome Airports where he realized
an audit, created a strategic plan which execution led to a spectacular increase of the net profit. In 2009 Dart Enterprises called Alex to become the CEO of ICL, a leading Caribbean luxury retail firm, with the mission
to realize a turnaround process. Five years later he has accepted the invitation of Savage Consulting to bring his expertise to the consulting firm’s clients. As he likes to say, “Consulting is the Art of Transforming”,

MARK LEWIS-JONES has been working in the luxury retail industry for over 20 years, with a core focus on the Latin American and Caribbean region. He is a people-person with a strong network
and an enthusiastic approach. His expertise is in the area of wholesale distribution and brand representation and he maintains a deep understanding of finance, logistics, human resources, marketing, sales,
and advertising. Current projects include work with a British luxury watch brand, several lines of designer jewellery, and a number of travel and lifestyle brands.
A year after completing his Master of Science degree at the University of New Hampshire (Durham) in 1986, Mark moved to the tropics and has lived there ever since. mark@savage.consulting
