Spearhead the creation of a program for consignment sales between the Community Health Network
Physical Therapy & Rehab and MedCheck locations. Advance the program by collaborating with location
leaders to choose products and customize pricing for Network patients. Provide strategic insight to help
create the online store and Inventory Management system still used to process patient orders. Train
employees at various sites on inventory control and order management. Promote
HomeHealthMedical.com to VEI and created the strategy for a successful merger from HHM to
Wellspring Pharmacies. Rebranded the business by working with VEI leaders to develop a new website
and internal e-commerce store for current and future locations and to streamline marketing efforts.
Implemented a training course for the new internal website and now leads training sessions to educate
employees, expand their working knowledge of the new systems, and drive new business development.
