1. I am the pilot of my own life, I
am smart, and I am a generous
man.
Major: currently just completing my basic studies

2. Top three assignments
The scavenger hunt- it allowed me to discover more about my school. This
assignment allowed me to know where I need to go for help if I needed it. It
pointed out different locations that allow me to relax.
Dapps goal setting assignment- it allowed me to determine my goal, and it also
depicted how to stay committed to my goal. I need to stay positive. It helped me
pick out a goal that cannot be easily detoured from.
Service learning project- although I did not get to complete it, it would have been
a great opportunity for me to give back to the community. Aside from that it would
have allowed me to help others, not just done it for my benefit. I had looked
forward to seeing what it was to work for nothing in return.
3. Top three journals
Journal 8- it allowed me to have a profound conversation with myself. It also
proved my inner critique wrong. It allowed me to focus on the positivism I have
within myself.
Journal 11- it made me look back to what is probably the best day of my life. It
allowed me to relive the moment with detail. It showed me how powerful allusions
can really be.
Journal 14- it allowed me do determine how my time was exactly shared
throughout my day. It showed me that I did not give my education the amount of
time it deserved. My time is already limited cause of work, I must be able to focus
on what is actually important.
4. The most important module
To me the most important module was module three, it allowed me to understand
how financial aid actually worked. To be honest, last semester I did not complete
the application because I was scared of not even receiving it. I now know I did
wrong, this coming semester I will apply and receive the help I definitely need!
Aside from that it also allowed me to find the self-motivation I had long been
seeking.
5. 3 lessons
Time- time it is probably the most valuable item we poses and do not have enough
of. I learned how to adequately distribute my time to what is most important.
Learning plans- a new learning plan is needed for every semester, class, and
instructor. Not everything Is the same, therefore I cannot treat it the same. A new
plan is necessary for every new obstacle I face.
Help- I must not allow my pride to get in the way of me seeking help. I need to
seek the help I need when necessary.

Overall i improved on many aspects I had flunked at the beginning of the course. The truth is, that if I stay
committed I can accomplish anything. There are some placed I did not improve much, but inferring from what I
have already done, I know I can improve with time.
7. A new start
This course allows students to find a path towards an
improvised version of their plan to take on college.
It will help students determine their goal, it will also
help them find the positivism they need In order to
accomplish their goal.
8. priorities
I cannot rephrase this enough, time is a very valuable thing. This course will allow
you to disperse your time adequately. Thus more of your time going towards
school.
Prior to college you had all the liberty in the world, but now as a student you will
have a limited amount of liberty. It is nothing bad, you must give in order to
receive. In other words, one must understand what comes first.
9. My future
In the future I do not wish to have a luxurious life, all I need and want is a stable
life. I want to have a stable job that will be able to provide for my future family. I
will live on a big ranch alongside my mother and sisters, I will raise a livestock as a
different source of income. I must live simple, so others can simply live.
