2. • Detailed Experience as Contracts & Purchasing Manager /Head of QS
Central Office and Senior Project Manager
 Over-all management for the execution of Miscellaneous projects with regards to cost, technical
issues, site management for the over-all success of the project in terms of schedule, profitability,
safety, quality and customers satisfaction.
 Deals with stakeholders on technical, contractual cost including any possible variation orders
and EOT claims when necessary until closure of projects.
 Attends stakeholders meetings on future and current projects.
 Assists Clients on the future requirements including any design and cost proposals.
 Coordinates with the PE on BCA
 Reviews project requirements on scope, cost and schedule then plans and initiates subcontract
tender packages to adhere to approved execution budget and methodology.
 Reviews subcontractors proposals, recommends and negotiates for final subcontract agreement.
 Evaluates PM and QS recommendations on any subcontractors claims.
 Contracts Management and administration with Client and subcontractors.
 Assist in the preparation and monitoring of Singapore Branch office Annual budget.
 Leads and guides Quantity Surveyors including conducting quarterly trainings as part of
continues education
 Conducting annual trainings for potential, new and existing Project Managers on Budget and
cost control monitoring based on company’s standards and reports
 Responsible in conducting annual audits for direct workers management cost and project cost to
identify possible potential risk and/or losses to ensure that good profitability is maintained.
 Involve in the hiring, supervision, training and evaluation of staff
 Analyzes project actual cost and project estimate to complete then prepares report accordingly
for Management review.
 Leading the QS team and IT Department in the formulation and updating of Purchasing and
Cost monitoring program for automatic reporting of cost for all projects.
