- Facilitated in developing all project related contract strategies, compiled all the data for the
contract documents and the conditions.
- Attending the Site visits and Pre Qualifying the reputed Contractor as per the Standard
Operating Procedures as per Request for Proposal.
- Preparing Detailed Project Report as per Client requirement.
CURRICULUM VITAE
- Prepares and provides measurement of quantities for BOQ’s, cost estimates and tender
drawings, technical specifications as per scope of works, etc.
- Comply with all requirements of the Project Execution Plans (PEP)
Preparing the Tender Schedules, Master Schedules.
- Floating Tenders and make sure the Contract document is in line with the CPWD/FIDIC
Conditions of Contract and also make sure the Tender are floated as per the Tender Event
Schedule.
- Performed all clarifications for Pre Bid Contracts Meeting.
- Interacting with the Approved Agencies and updating the market rates by floating
enquiries and valuation the DSR and Market Rate Analysis for BOQ items.
- Performed bid Evolution report (Technical & Financial) of Tenders submitted by
contractor as per the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Preparing the LOA & LOI after finalizing the Contractor.
- Preparing all documents that were drafted for the Contractors and ensured that they were
comprehensive in nature for agreement between consultant/contractor.
Post Contracts
- Project monitoring
- Preparation of the interim payment, measurement of quantities for progress billing
- Evaluating payment certificates for Running account bills, Deviation statement and Extra
items submitted by the Contractor and Consultant.
- Valuation of variation orders, claims and reconciliation with contractors and suppliers
- Constant correspondence and coordination with the main contractor and client consultant
in terms of Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical/ Fire Protection/ Special System concerns and post
contract matters
- Co-ordination with Project and Contractor people regarding progress of work and tracking
the progress of work as per the Master Project Schedule and if Project seeking any
clarification/clearance from Client/Statutory dept. approval for free floating of the progress
without any delay.
- Preparation of Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions and Uploading all
Running Account bills in SAP for internal project management system.
 IVRCL & NCC
- Identifying the NIT’s for new projects and purchasing the tender document
- Attending the Site visits and acquiring the local market basic material rates etc.,
- Performed all clarifications for Pre Bid Contracts Meeting.
- Acquiring quantifications for a LUMPSUM / EPC Contract.
- Providing and preparing the necessary documents as per Eligibility criteria as mentioned
in NIT documents.
- Interacting with the Approved Agencies and updating the market rates by floating
enquiries.
- Prepared the Working File for Successful Completion of Financial Analysis and ensured
that the Final Amendment papers were also drafted in the Main Working File.
- Coordinated with the Finance and Purchase dept. for performing the cost analysis for the
Project.
- Acquiescing the Tender document which is prepared as per the instructions of all the
tender clauses (Technical and Financial)
