2. Analyzing the Learner
I will be teaching third graders. The class will consist
of 10 girls and 12 boys.
The students will come from many diversities;
Hispanic, Caucasian, and African American.
Five of my students will have a learning disability;
ADHD and Dyslexia.
3. Stating Objective
A. Students will be working on their projects and
listening to a podcast of a story we will be reading
in class.
B. The students will relate the project and story to
their final projects on Friday.
C. The students will be working in pairs giving each
other ideas on their projects. They will be using the
computers and any other material needed.
D. I believe 95 % of the students will complete this
task.
4. Selecting
Methods, Media, and
Materials
We will be using the computer lab.
Using poster board, colored markers, tape, glue, and
anything they bring to class for their projects.
5. Utilizing Media and
Materials
Students will be listening and reading along with
the podcasts.
The student will be working with a partner and
asking me for help if needed.
The computer will give the students ideas for their
projects.
6. Revise Learner
Participation
The students will be placed in pairs.
The students will be able to help each other with
ideas and creativity.
I will be monitoring the students and asking what
their projects are about.
The students should be able to understand The First
Thanksgiving by this point.
7. Evaluate and Revise
I will go over any questions in class.
Ask the students what they think of the project.
