my Home Healthcare business. Her role was essentially running the
daily operations of the Corporation, Coordinator of Patient Care,
Compliance, and Personnel Management as well as responsible for
the billing, follow-up, and collections process.
Due to her efforts and her expertise, my company experienced a
96% collection rate for billed services. She clearly understood the
