I am writing this letter on behalf of Mr. Josh Ervin. I have known Josh for over 15 years,
while employed with the International Organization of Masters, Mates, and Pilots.
While employed at the Maritime Institute of Training and Development Conference
Center, Josh maintained an exemplary reputation as being a solid leader. He used his
position as a stepping-stone and established himself as a stellar team leader and he
received much positive notoriety, awards, and recommendations during his employment.
His indepth experience within the hotel industry and his natural ability to network, lead,
and satisfactorily address and resolve any and all issues would make him an asset to any
organization. He is articulate, honest, sober, and extremely competent. He excels at any
task asked of him.
Throughout his dedicated service in support of running the conference center reflected
positively on his leadership. He positively interfaced with all clients to include rank and
file as well as the most senior officials within the Federal Government, to include
statesman and other public elected leaders. Therefore, I highly recommend him for any
position of leadership that you may need him to fill.
