We hired Sue to run our entire office, which combined the work two people had done before. She came in and started
organizing right away. She was quickly up to speed on the accounting side and was professional and efficient with
customer contacts. She created new documents to help us give a more professional and clear image of our company to
our customers. She also helped keep the salesmen on track, giving us information on the fly and being our office “hub”
so we could work more efficiently in the office and in the field.
As we have grown, Sue has had to change job functions regularly. She has trained new staff, made jobsite deliveries,
handled new questions from the field, learned new systems and has handled all of these changes extremely well. When
we have asked Sue for input on a new administrative technique, policy or provider she dives deep into research and
presents us with a comprehensive summary of why this would be a good or bad thing for our business.
Sue works very well under pressure. We have certainly thrown a lot at her all at once, and she finds a way to prioritize
and deliver every time. In her almost 4 years with the company, she helped to take us to the next level with up to the
minute reports, excellent bookkeeping, record keeping, researching and compiling summaries of whatever we needed to
