Brian Jones was a pleasure to work with as James Malinchak's Event Coordinator.
He was thorough, prompt and friendly with his communications in keeping us informed prior to
the event and during the event. The necessary paperwork was simple and easy to understand – as
was working with Brian. He could tell he cared how it was going for us and if we were receiving
benefits from the event.
He would ensure that the whole event staff knew who we were, and have them check on us, if he
couldn't do it personally. The whole staff he was in charge of, was friendly, knowledgeable and
always willing to help.
I've been a sponsor for two years, with our companies, and I can tell you that out of all the events
we’ve been to, as a sponsor or just an attendee, this is one of the best ran events – from
communication, to detailing, to execution, to making sure attendees are properly cared for, to
