Audits sales men based on their collections and presented documents, with corresponding issuance
of credit or debit notes depending on the report’s result and analyzing the data presented on the
documents by the sales men to ensure that the report to be made is accurate.
Observes month-end inventory taking at premises and posting of inventory balances.
Compiles data and organizes audit reports and statements.
Verifies records and transactions, correct errors or make notations for other workers posting it,
specifically the invoice and accounts payable clerks to ensure that they are accurate and coded
properly, often several times.
Issues debit notes for negotiable instruments such as bounced checks from issuing clients.
Makes statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and prepare trial balances of books.
Enters information such as receipts, collections and remittance advice, invoices, credit and debit
notes, ending and beginning inventory balances into computers and computing their totals.
Verifies bank deposits and payments and perform audit checks on client balances and vendor
payments.
Monitors Accounts Receivable Detailed Schedule of every booking account sales man.
Checks figures on hard-copy documents, cells in spreadsheets, records in databases and documents.
Carried out month-end close responsibilities, prepared financial statements and reports.
