Here i work as a Customer Service Advisor (Receptionist & Admin Assistant)!
Day to day here i do lots of different task and no day is the same, My main duties include Market-
ing the home, dealing with all enquiries- over the phone, face-to-face & emails i answer all the
calls and do all meet & greets at the doors, i arrange assessments of potential residents,I help do
the reception, kitchen & housekeeping rotas, i help with all general administration duties- Distribu-
tion of post-produce presentations on sales figures & conversion rates, When the administrator is
away or on Annual Leave i step into this role and also do the payroll. I book appointments in with
me and do full sale show rounds of the home and take control in updating all social media for the
home.!
Along side this as my full time role i also have a Job 2 in the home as an Activities Assistant, i
help with supporting the recreation & Leisure Team with providing activities & entertainment in the
home for mental stimulation for the residents.!
!Venture Photography Derby (December 2013- October 2014)!
Here i work as a Diary Bookings advisor & Receptionist, i worked for Venture Photography before!
at the Nottingham and Derby branch and left on very good terms the Derby studio was taken over!
back at the end of November and i was approached by the new director of the business due to!
hearing positive things about my work and asked me to help out with the volume and bring it up to!
a standard of where the studio and business needs to be when i started the diary of four weeks!
consisted of only 9 customers into which i taken on the challenge and have succeeded bringing!
that number to 91 customers not only giving the volume needed to create a good business but to!
a great standard of which the business is making profit.!

2. Revolution Portraits Nottingham.(July 2012-August 2013) !Here i was originally employed as a Customer service and sales advisor but since working here i!
have developed my skills and been offered a number of promotions my first being a Corporate!
