OBJECTIVE
Looking for a challenging field service position in the telecommunications/networking field that
utilizes my technical, organizational and customer service skills gained from 25 plus year’s
progressive experience in these areas.
SKILLS
● Candidate covers large geographical area providing remote site field service and central site
support for additions, moves and changes to customer’s converged data and voice networks.

rack and blade file server product line.

• TPM technician for Cisco Systems. Responsibilities include hardware replacement for the
Cisco UCS blade and rack server product line
• Performs outside plant work in support of Comcast fiber optic carrier Ethernet network that
includes 1400 AT&T, T-Mobil, Sprint and Verizon cell tower sites in Ma, Nh, and Me.
• Installation and certification testing of structured cabling networks and circuit demarc
extensions for retail customers including Finish Line, Kohl’s, H&M and Toys R Us.
