▪ Assigned to diagnose Acacia high-speed fiber optic modules including debugging
and repairing 100G, & 400 G, 100 channel laser optics cards and associated electronics.
▪ Prioritized work flow, including RMAs. Worked closely with engineering department to
gather specifications or additional information needed to diagnose faults.
▪ Testing and tracking tools utilized included PFS, Agile, oscilloscopes, frequency
generators, DVMs, low ohm meters, Fab-master graphics and similar CAD programs.
Mack Technologies, Nashua, NH 2007 to 2009
Senior Debug Technician
▪ Test. Troubleshoot and debug at the component level a variety of products built by
Mack Tech, including RFID tags, aeronautical electronics, telnet products and high-end
amplifiers. Brands supported include Avidyne, Ntag and Harman Services Group.
▪ Worked closely with test engineers when doing complex circuit analysis and used
standard electronic test equipment such as scopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers,
meters and low ohm meters.
▪ Communicated results and suggested corrective or preventative measures to
different departments in order to improve overall quality of daily manufacturing runs.
R/D Tech Instruments, Waltham, MA 2004 to 2005
Senior Electronics Technician
▪ Component level debug and repair of ultrasonic gages and flaw detectors
containing the following technologies: RF analog receivers, pulse circuits, digital logic and
sampling circuits, microprocessors with associated memory and other peripherals, power
supplies, battery chargers, keyboards, displays and interfaces between assemblies.
▪ Employed various diagnostic programs to isolate and debug component-level faults.
▪ Recalibrated instruments using various transducers, contingent on materials (e.g.
Teflon, stainless steel, etc.)
▪ Worked closely with the Customer Service Repair Department supporting efforts to
deliver high-quality customer service and satisfaction..
