Benchmark Electronics, Nashua, NH 2010 to Present
Senior Debug Technician
▪ Hired from contract position with Davis Companies to a permanent position
primarily to debug Mercury’s complex product line of computer and network electronics.
Asked to debug Arris (formerly Bigband) product line after successfully completing
Mercury project. Arris manufactures RF products for the cable industry. Worked primarily
with 8-channel, 32 quam modules until Arris moved its manufacturing to Mexico.
▪ Assigned to diagnose Acacia high-speed fiber optic modules including debugging
and repairing 100G, & 400 G, 100 channel laser optics cards and associated electronics.
▪ Prioritized work flow, including RMAs. Worked closely with engineering department to
gather specifications or additional information needed to diagnose faults.
▪ Testing and tracking tools utilized included PFS, Agile, oscilloscopes,frequency
generators, DVMs, low ohm meters, Fab-master graphics and similar CAD programs.

Senior Debug Technician
▪ Test. Troubleshoot and debug at the component level a variety of products built by
Mack Tech, including RFID tags, aeronautical electronics, telnet products and high-end
amplifiers. Brands supported include Avidyne, Ntag and Harman Services Group.
▪ Worked closely with test engineers when doing complex circuit analysis and used
standard electronic test equipment such as scopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers,
