 Correspondent Lending Division-Correspondent Lending Coordinator- verifying required loan documents
meet Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA requirements for purchasing to Fannie Mae; and requesting
exceptions be met and received via email to clients.
 Audit Review Specialist- responsible for the auditing of early payment default loans as well as non-originated.
Providing review and determinations about whether to report or not report to management and the regional

 Investor Accounting Department-Investor Accounting Coordinator- Handled non-essential accounting
functions dealing with adjustable rate mortgages and balloon loans. Provided assistance with various elements

Charter acquisition consisting of over 30,000 loans. Handled all Fannie Mae loans ensuring assignments are
retained in proper pool header files and working any exceptions per reports from Wells Fargo and Bank New
York Mellon. Research, gathered information and corrected deficiencies on the Charter/BOK assignments; and
ensuring all are in the database and on FNMA, MBS, FNMA and A/A spreadsheets for long term tracking

 Post Closing Specialist- Reviewed FHA loan files and verifying all underwriting conditions have been met.
