forbearance requests; and analyze default situations.
Also, analyze financial statements, identify emerging risk within the loan portfolio; identify
credits to be transferred to Special Assets. Prepare/review quarterly reports for senior
management review for problematic credits. Credit authority: $2,000,000 ($2.0m).
Previous responsibilities included working with delinquent loan borrowers and preparation,
submission and monitoring SBA 7(a) and Express repurchase packages for Nevada State Bank
