of terrorism and smuggling across the borde rs of the United States. Coordinated and supervised 8
Tethered Aerostat Radar System (TARS) sites with 250 contract personnel and 17 Mobile Air
Surveillance System (MASS) sites and 40 contractor personnel evaluating contractor performance and
initiated corrective actions. Administered $765K annual (TARS) award fee program $450K annual
MASS award fee program evaluating contractor and government inputs validating data accuracy and
cost benefits Served as technical expert for radar platform and operations. In charge of overseeing
electronic and electro-mechanical, radio, computer systems, and network troubleshooting, repairs and
maintenance, and operations of aerostat and site systems. Provided ad ministrative support to Program

operations and management in support of US -Host Nation counter-drug (CD) operations. Performed
flight check acceptances with Department of Defense (DoD) and the Federal Aviation Association (FAA)
and also performed system acceptance checks with trained Depot technicians. Instituted Air Traffic
Control and Landing System (ATCALS) telecon and AI tracking system. Managed ATCALS transition
from (AFCENT). Delegated/managed the workflow of 28 government contract personnel evaluating

traffic control, weather, ground aircraft control and warning radar systems, related radar operator
