Hired to updated and expand the plant installations, optimize product manufacturing, implement equipment maintenance
programs, enhanced resource utilization to increase productivity and profitability, established quality control and create
pride and teamwork within the staff. (Contract job)
This past year at Screaming Color Corporation, client satisfaction reached ninety-eight percent; the complete line of
products was delivered timely and meeting or exceeding client expectations. This was achieved by up grading the plant
and restructuring the production line, which optimized product-manufacturing flow. Preventive maintenance of the
equipment eliminated downtime. On the human resources side we implemented briefing and debriefing meetings as a
procedure to clearly establish the task and its components, focusing on the breakdown of responsibilities and the
challenges of production. Upon delivery of the products ascertaining the outcome and the lessons learned to be
