The manager will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental programs including conducting training, performing inspections and audits, investigating incidents, developing policies and procedures, and reporting on key performance indicators. Requirements for the role include over 5 years of relevant experience, a university degree, IOSH certification, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to develop and deliver training programs.

Job Description:
 Responsible for HSE training programs and leadership programs
 Audit members of client compliance inspection, Fatality and serious injury prevention team
 Responsible for regular audits and necessary follow up to ensure the timely close out of the
observations
 Sound experience in preparing training material on HSE presentation in PPT
 Responsible for conducting safety, Health and environmental training programs to contractors,
vendors, clients and visitors
 Responsible for investigations, inspections and reporting of HSE related activities
 Responsible for preparing policies and procedures relate to HSE and Evaluate and administer
company policies and procedures
 Responsible for inspect construction activities to identify potential hazards and advise, risk
factors involved and corrective measures to be adopted
 Responsible for equipment inspections and necessary documentation
 Should able to give timely recommendations to the Project Manager’s in Safety and
Environmental issues
 Responsible for liaison with different Government Authorities
 Responsible for conducting tool box meeting
 Responsible for establish, implement and maintain safety system in accordance with the client’s
safety requirement
 Responsible for creating Standard Operating Procedures
 Monitoring the effective implementation of the permit or work system on site
 Responsible for preparing and administering HSE key performance indicators for the operational
activities
 Should be able conduct Internal and external training programs with proper plan
 Responsible for promotional activities to improve safety culture in the organisation
 Responsible for investigating all near miss incidents, accidents, identity the root cause and take
necessary steps to prevent re-occurrence
 Should have experience in training and development
 Responsible for submission of periodical reports
Requirement:
 Should have experience more than 5 years in similar field
 Graduate from university
 IOSH certification is must
 Should have capable enough to handle training development activities in HSE
 Excellent communication skills in English is must
