5. Questions
What is your favourite genre?
How much time do you you spend a day
listening to music?
How much money do you spend on music a
month including live events and purchasing
music online/shops?
6. Trends in Music Consumption
People are moving to digital to access music and are
moving away from things like CD’S.
The number of people subscribing to streaming websites
has almost doubled since 2013-2014.
Mobile phones are the preferred device for 16-24 year olds.
7. Comparing Results
Most people’s favourite genre is Pop which they listen to on the radio and TV.
People spend around three and a half hours a day listening to music.
On average people spend around £50 per month on music.
Comparing these results to mine, I do not share the same preferred genre but i
listen to music for also about three or four hours a day but i don't spend as
much money.
