1. The costumer:
Age: 16- 30. Possible older than 30 though it would not be the age where a
majority of people like Hip Hop music.
Gender: A mixture of male and female, it is expected that a lot more men
would listen to rap music especially regarding the whole west coast/ east
coast conflict. However, in recent years more and more young females have
become interested in Hip Hop.
Religion: Most hip hop music nowadays glorifies anti-christ meaning that a lot
of its followers would believe in the devil or no worship at all. Regarding the
lyrics of some songs it seems as though people in hip hop music believe in or
turn to god when necessary but not in everyday life.
Potential spending bracket:
Potential spending bracket is high due to the need to be materialistic in hip
hop. Branded clothes, gold jewellery and nice shoes are all symbols of
someone's wealth or status meaning that they are essential in hip hop.
