2. Genre's
The music genres that I often enjoy are hip hop and trap music from both America
and the United Kingdom.
This is because I listen to these genres the most and enjoy them.
The music artists that I most often will listen to would be people such as Lil Uzi
Vert, Youngs Teflon and Nines.
3. My Music consumption
I do have a music collection and is intangible and mostly digital playlists and
don’t have any physical copies such as cd's.
I usually obtain my music from apps on my phone such as Apple music, which I
pay for monthly or I use other apps such as tubidy where I stream the music
through YouTube and it downloads on to your phone.
When I stream my music through apple music this is legal music as I pay for it
and therefore have the right to listen to it. But when I stream music through
tubidy this is counted as illegal music as you cant download music from YouTube
and this is what the app does.
4. My Music Consumption
I get both albums and single tracks, but mostly single tracks as whole albums often have songs
that I don’t enjoy. Also I normally pick single tracks so that I can pick and choose my favorite
songs from different albums and put them all together in a playlist so that I am only listening to
songs that I enjoy
I often never buy tangible music and have never bought a cd or any type of music that isn't virtual.
This is because I often listen my music through my phone meaning that all my sons are played
through music apps and don’t actually exist meaning that they are intangible.
I subscribe to one music service which would be apple music and pay for it monthly .
I have a family account meaning that we pay £15 per month for up to 6 people. This means per
week I pay around 63p for my music service meaning that I get a very good deal for the amount of
music that I listen to and is a lot cheaper than buying CDs and also means I can pick and chose
between songs on different albums without buying a whole album.
5. My Music Consumption
The media devices that I will listen to my music through would only be my iPhone
as this is where is store all of my music and keep it all. I then listen to my music
through speakers, headphones or cars.
The services that I listen to mostly would include apple music, SoundCloud and
also an app called Tubidy.
I am always listening to music and always have my earphones in. And when I have
not got my earphones in then my music would be connected to speakers around
my home or speakers in a car.
6. Live Music
I hardly ever go to concerts or see any artists live and don’t often see any music
live in concerts or shows.
The last person that I went to see live was a rapper from Croydon called stormzy
when he did a surprise show in Croydon.
I often don’t spend money on individual concerts or shows but I have recently
bought some tickets for festivals and that cost around £400 alltogether.
