  3. 3. Mr. Sanjay Mathur is a Dy. General Manager of G. M.D.C.Limited Lignite Project Bhavnagar. He has 20 years of experience in mining field. He take his work as a goal to complete within specified period of time.
  4. 4. According to him the quality to become successful Employ or person is first to understand the work which has to be done and then to finish it by sincerity and hard working. And this is the formula for him to work done successfully. During his carrier whenever he has to face some challenging work he never took it as a hurdle. He took it as an opportunity and finish it by putting his all experience and efforts.
  5. 5. According to him job satisfaction is both external and internal. By the way of success you realise both kind of satisfaction. He never do any work for reward. He took it as an opportunity and reward comes automatically.
  6. 6. Whenever he feels that juniors are not working he try to explain them by involving in their work and first set an example for them. By this way he makes juniors start working. By hardworking and not giving up for any unlawful reason. He make convince his seniors over a period of time.
  7. 7. According to him you have to give all your efforts for the development of organization in which you are working honestly and by positive attitude. If organization will develop then society will also develop. He is also contributing the surround villages by the way of CSR activities. In CSR activities roads, hospitals, schools and any other type of help to the villagers is done.
  8. 8. As a production manager his work is to provide lignite exposure. There are some instances that lignite exposure is less than demand but by the deploying adequate machineries and putting hard efforts we achieve the desired lignite exposure. That is how he demonstrate the attitude to work and overcome the “Fear of Failure”.
  9. 9. His short term vision is to solve day to day problems and long term vision is to achieve the desired target While working he always do have concern for other person that they may not get harm by his working. For example when dusting occurs he sent water tankers in the field to control the dusting and any other facilities as demanded by subordinates.
  10. 10. His message to young engineer is that to understand the concept of their study and work hard for your better career.
