6. Contributor Career Strategies I learnt…
Being a contributor, do not focus on acquiring higher position, higher salary,
other benefits, etc. & should not have other selfish interest which can damage our
individual career as well as the organization and society.
Only focus on contributing, rewards are only the by-product of our contribution.
Contribute in a way that leads to development of the society.
Work in unity, make good relations & co-operate with our team members, show trust behavior
for them, show respect and discipline towards them, which can lead to good outcome of our
contribution.
We should possess positive outlook about the life and maintain self-confidence.
Become independent and capable of making correct decisions for the most important
career choices of our life.

7. Remain self-satisfied for whatever we have & contribute to others who
in need.
Being a contributor, we should give more importance in earning wishes of others rather
than earning money.
Build qualities like self-trust, self-belief, self-confidence, honesty to fight against evil present
inside.
Be always ready for accepting new challenges, as they build a strong character out of us.
Do not lose or give up from failure as failure teaches much more than success.
Keep alive a contributor that is within us, by following a positive path and by helping others.
Continue making endless & untiring efforts behind the work assigned until we get a positive
outcome.
