Nov 9. 2015 to April 8: Petronas Brunei (PCBL)
Position : Supply Base Supervisor
Responsibilities :
1. Strategize and manage warehouse and base operations in the most effective, safe
and cost efficient manner to meet business requirements while ensuring compliance with
company established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, practice of good
governance and integrity in the overall processes and practices to support uninterrupted
exploration, drilling and development and production operations
2. Monitor and check the condition of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) materials
and identify for integrity test, refurbishment or retreating prior send the materials to
offshore location.
3. Facilitate, direct and ensure integrity in the provisional of utilities support (e.g. Fuel
oil and water) to marine vessels and rigs.
4. Prepare loading advise and cargo manifest on logistic activity.
5. Present and witness the Integrity test for the OCTG materials at vendor work site
and prepare necessary documentation for the next movement of the items.
6. Arrange and coordinate the transportation of tubular to be sent to worksite,
workshop and other specific location.
7. Update daily inventory and submit report to Logistic Executive based on weekly
basis
8. Prepare list of items i.e. Scrap materials, surplus, unmoved and obsolete items and
recommend for disposal.
9. Store and stack OCTG items properly and safely as per API standard for easy
retrieval and monitor.
10. Inspect and ensure cleanliness of open yard and warehouse area, condition of
tubular and ensure proper storage of all materials.
11. Plan and coordinate the utilization of Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) for all
loading and offloading activities to achieve cost optimization.
12. Arrange and coordinate drilling stock take exercise on annual or as and when
required to avoid any discrepancies between actual vs. system.
13. Respond to standby duty, call out for urgent operations need after office hours.
14. Physically check, count verify and tagged all equipment /materials delivered as per
specification required in contract, purchase order and indent for the right quantities,
quality and specification.

15. Discharge all materials and equipment from all onshore/ offshore location and
providing proper identification and tagging for easy access in future, ascertained the
location of various materials received for yard, stock, temporary storage scrap repair,
disposal or return back to contractor.
16. Liase with custom unit on exempted and non-exempted item received. Thus
avoiding unnecessary paying of duties.
17. Prepare and arrange a proper filing system on all activities for fast and easy retrieval.
18. Perform other task as instructed by “COMPANY” Logistic Executive from time to
time.
19. Administer the packing, crating, palletizing and containerizing of all items due for
dispatch, following warehouse procedures to ensure that all items are properly marked /
packed.
20. To liaise with related Government bodies. Liaison with Government bodies such as
environmental control, customs and immigration of incoming materials
21. Ensure all equipment and materials transported offshore comply with company HSE
Management System requirements.
22. Ensure the stacking of material are following the accepted warehouse procedure and
safety standards and to ensure that all items are properly marked and tagged.
23. Supervise the issuance of material from the inventory and the repair item from the
temporary storage
24. Managing storage area so that the warehouse space is optimized.
25. Work towards creating and sustaining culture that support the HSE management.
26. Supervise all materials and equipment received from vendor or offshore for stock or
temporary storage at proper location in accordance to established procedure and safe
practices.
27. Ensure all items are accompanied with relevant documents i.e. Delivery order, MRV
before entering storage location.
28. Prepare, monitor, analyze and submit KPI report based on weekly basis.
29. Supervise and monitor the movement item stored in the warehouse and sent to
vendors for repair, refurbish or inspection.
30. Train, motivate and counsel staff to ensure competency.
31. Ensure proper precautionary measures are adhere to for keeping of hazardous
materials such as chemical petroleum products and other inflammable materials.

 Communicating with other shift leader, the Resource
coordinator, the shop manager, and operation manager, and
being the HSSE supervisor for the crew.
 Assembling tools for the field (float assemblies, expansion
assemblies, debris catchers, etc) – includes assembling
materials ( with quality personnel observing to provide quality
control ( QC) / checks and balance ), operating building the
tools, sending them out, and making them “ Rig ready”
 Prioritizing ongoing jobs – includes updating the job board and
making sure that the loadout are correct.
 Maintenance – includes maintenance at tools, shop equipment,
etc.
 Performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities.
 Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures,
including wearing required personal safety equipment.
 Performs other duties and activities as directed.
OFFSHORE

 Assist in routine maintenance procedures on micro-grip
handling equipment.

during onshore and off-shore.

Arrange and coordinate the transportation of tubular to be sent to worksite, workshop and other specific location. 7. Update daily inventory and submit report to Logistic Executive based on weekly basis 8. Prepare list of items i.e. Scrap materials, surplus, unmoved and obsolete items and recommend for disposal. 9. Store and stack OCTG items properly and safely as per API standard for easy retrieval and monitor. 10.
