1. Maintenance Factory facilities, such as:
Chip storage Facility, Drying part, Extruding, Casting part, MDO (machines direct oriented),
TDO (transverse direct oriented), Take up winder, Slitter, Recycling machines (EREMA) for
reclaim chip making.
2. Carries out routine preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment according to
schedules, checklists and specific equipment requirements. as:
Roller, Gearbox, vacuum pump, agitator, root blower, pump, fan blower, rotary valve,
Centrifugal turbo compressor, screw feeder, crusher, rotary joint (rotating equipment) heat
exchanger, & steam system etc.
3. Repairs or replace defective parts, carries out overhauls and reassembles and tests overhauled
equipment; assists in carrying out modifications to systems or the installation of new equipment
and machinery as directed.
4. Carries out lubrication on various kinds of equipment according to established schedule and
emergency needs
5. Participates in annual shutdown or major equipment overhaul in the workshop and all the
plants.
6. Follows all safety and environment procedures and good housekeeping practices on site and in
the workshop. Ensures that plant areas and equipment are properly and safely isolated prior to
commencement of the work
