1. AssistingwithUniversityGraduate Eventsincludingorderingandarrangingformaterialsand
preparingthe presentationstobe available ontime andinthe rightplace forcareer fairs
2. Assistthe resourcingmanagerwithresearchandanalysisinordertoevolve anddirectthe
graduate recruitmentstrategy
3. Assistingwiththe logisticsforrecruitmentdaysandgraduate assessmentcentres
4. AssesCV’sandpostpositionsinSuccessFactors(recruitingtool)
5. Coordinate interviews (national &international) foravailable positions andliaisewith
candidates,managersandrecruitmentagenciesregardingfeedbackandfollowup
6. Coordination/managementof adhocresourcingprojectsthatare providedbythe resourcing
manager
7. Supportingadministrationof occupationalandtechnical testing
8. Writingupcontracts/offerletters
9. Conductingcontractorconversioninterviews
As forthe compensation andbenefitsside someof mykeyresponsibilitiesare:
1. Assistingwiththe SalaryReviewPlanningprocess,eg.Timetables,documentation,etc…for
managersand directors
2. Assistwiththe Annual Electionprocessof employee benefitsandthe changesinbenefits
that are available toemployees
3. Assistwithupdatingthe currentpolicies,incorporatingguidelinesformanagerswhere
appropriate
4. Capturingsalarydata duringthe recruitmentprocessinordertoassistwithbenchmarking
activities
5. Assistwithreporting usingSAPHR
6. Coordination/managementof adhocCompensationandBenefitsprojectswhichare
providedbyCompensationandBenefitsManager
