 Works with General Manager and President to determine staffing needs. Recruits, screens, and
interviews candidates. Onboard new hires and maintains relationships with employees.
 Assists Supervisors with reviews and makes recommendations for wage increases.
 Processes payroll and all employee benefits including health, dental, life, 401K, etc.
 Makes recommendations for terminations to ensure compliance with all labor laws, responsible
for employee write-ups and discipline.
