might have faced your seniors are not supporting
according to your expectations.How do you make
them convince ?” he replied that “I try for convince
to support me, if they don’t than I do my work my
own way.”

8.  I said him to tell me about your “you can do”
attitude and “overcome the fear of failure”. He
replied me that in the 9th std in english subject he
got a failure but he overcome and made a man of
myself.
 When I asked him to about his short term vision
and long term vision, he said that he has not short
term vision , only long term vision became goals
are always farther than you think.

 He also share his personal experience of his
life. He says that his turning point is that
day when he fail in 9th std in english subject.
