5. We took his interview about his life:
At first we asked a question about their experience,he told is that he had
experience about 30 years in NARMADA SITE. He always take work as new
establishement.He always say that if one should be honor and active towards
work then he will become successful employee.

6. He always say that when challenge comes in work one should take it as
opportunity because from these one can know himself where he is weak in
his work.
He was very curious about his work.He beleaved in satisfaction of his
work as internal.He beleaved in Opportunity because if one take
opportunity as pisitively then he will become the succesful persion and can
handle any type of challange in his life.

7. If one whch is junior and if he is careless from his work, understand him by
positive thinking and understand him the inportance of his work to his family
membes.
He said about his siniors there was no man which are not supporting him because
he always helps others so every one respect him.
If one do the work very carefully and works as it work is his own then this work
will become contribution.

8. He give his life example of ‘overcome fear to falure’:
When he was giving the interview the question asked by interviewer ‘What price of
bricks running now?’ He don’t know the same so he said to him that he don’t know.
The interviewer said him to go outside and wait.Because of his trueness it impress the
interviewer and so he was selected in the campus.

9. He always say the student that study with practical not just reading books.His hobby
is teaching so after retired from his job he always try to study the student for their better
future because he believed that if students will strong then nation will strong.
