brand and portfolio in the wider corporation. Provides solutions to help customers increase production, reduce
downtime and lower operating and maintenance costs worldwide. Their solutions focus on connectivity,
optimisation, modernisation, and migration challenges, and are at the centre of the Industrial Internet of Things.
They supply industrial communication solutions chiefly to the world’s largest industrial automation providers. They
enable dissimilar automation control equipment to share information and transfer critical control data through
wired and wireless connectivity.
Products include: I/O modules, industrial networks products, remote access systems, Ethernet/IP gateways, PLC
control devices and a range of allied software products.
Historically, marketing has been focused on channel campaigns, working closely with long standing partners. Our
client is looking to recruit a marketing manager to own a distinctive and developing company voice. This person will
translate the business strategy into the marketing strategy. With support and resource from the global group’s
marketing “centre of excellence”, the successful candidate will positively impact commercial revenue via marketing
leadership. It is thought that digital marketing activities will become more pertinent. This skills and the structure are
in place to facilitate this.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Interest from an individual with ‘high-potential’ leadership capability would greatly welcomed. This role can be a feeder
role into a number of director-level marketing positions.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Marketing the successful candidate will need to be able to translate a
business plan into a marketing strategy. They will be comfortable in areas such as content development, channel
marketing, demand generation and thought leadership strategies. This person will have:
• Strong ability to build relationships, lead cross-functional, global teams, and garner buy-in from all levels of the
organisation
• Ability to think strategically as well as operate at a tactical level
• Solid business and marketing acumen. Subsequently able to develop marketing strategy that aligns with commercial
goals
• Strong project management skills, comfort with ambiguity, and excitement for fast-paced atmosphere
• 3 or more years of marketing generalist and marketing management experience (Including digital)
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; master’s degree preferred
• Experience in:
o modern marketing tactics focused on business results and customer satisfaction
o developing and overseeing marketing plan that drive growth based on KPI goals
o operating in a shared services environment (ideally a matrix organization)

This role can be a feeder role into a number of director-level marketing positions. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Marketing the successful candidate will need to be able to translate a business plan into a marketing strategy. They will be comfortable in areas such as content development, channel marketing, demand generation and thought leadership strategies. This person will have: • Strong ability to build relationships, lead cross-functional, global teams, and garner buy-in from all levels of the organisation • Ability to think strategically as well as operate at a tactical level • Solid business and marketing acumen. Subsequently able to develop marketing strategy that aligns with commercial goals • Strong project management skills, comfort with ambiguity, and excitement for fast-paced atmosphere • 3 or more years of marketing generalist and marketing management experience (Including digital) • Bachelor’s degree in related field; master’s degree preferred • Experience in: o modern marketing tactics focused on business results and customer satisfaction o developing and overseeing marketing plan that drive growth based on KPI goals o operating in a shared services environment (ideally a matrix organization)
