CANDIDATE PROFILE
Interest from an individual with ‘high-potential’ leadership capability would greatly welcomed. This role can be a feeder
role into a number of director-level marketing positions.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Marketing the successful candidate will need to be able to translate a
business plan into a marketing strategy. They will be comfortable in areas such as content development, channel
marketing, demand generation and thought leadership strategies. This person will have:
• Strong ability to build relationships, lead cross-functional, global teams, and garner buy-in from all levels of the
organisation
• Ability to think strategically as well as operate at a tactical level
• Solid business and marketing acumen. Subsequently able to develop marketing strategy that aligns with commercial
goals
• Strong project management skills, comfort with ambiguity, and excitement for fast-paced atmosphere
• 3 or more years of marketing generalist and marketing management experience (Including digital)
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; master’s degree preferred
