Micro- and Nano- Systems Engineer. (May 2009 – January 2015)
o Involved in many projects within Micro- and Nano-fabrication and characterization of different sensors to
health monitoring, energy harvesting, and other range of sensory systems.
o Involved in MEMS and nanotechnology sensor development: micro-mirror design and analysis, harsh
environment sensor development, piezoresistive sensor, photoelectric sensor and IR (plasmonics) solar cell
development.
o Fabricated and characterized acoustic membranes, micro mirror arrays, nanostructures synthesis, and
piezoresistive membranes.
o Worked in the modeling of microelectromechanical devices, nanostructures and sensor packaging.
o Designed photo masks for different projects.
o Design a PCB layout for a particular MEMS device integration and have soldered PCB boards for
characterization, helped on the instrumentation within the different sensory develop and wire bond of the
MEMS sensors to their proper chip.
o Researched and helped in the development of different sensory systems.
o Measured topographical data of die using white scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Wyco Interferometer,
flaw analysis with Energy Dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX).
o Developed cleanroom travelers for multiple MEMS projects.
o Helped on the determination of residual stress in thin film materials using a Dektak tool.
