TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
As an educator, I think it is imperative that students strive to learn the fundamental
content of the course material and not only understand the aspects of the course but also find
ways to relate it to their professional and personal life.
My teaching philosophy includes fostering critical thinking skills, facilitating a lifetime of
learning skills, and helping students develop problem-solving strategies. It also focuses on
principles that strongly influences growth and learning outcomes. I have a love for helping
people and motivating them to succeed in achieving their goals.
As a consummate professional with a vast amount of experience, I believe that I can
make a difference by offering students the opportunity to excel and achieve their dreams in a
fluent campus or virtual learning environment. I think learning is a process that is never-
ending and communication is critical in helping students do their best in moving towards the
completion of their degree.
I am detail-oriented with an extensive background in organizational leadership,
business, teaching, administrations, customer service, communications, public relations, and
adult learning. I am passionate about education, and I hope that I have an opportunity to
become a member of this dynamic organization.
