Stress Reduction in the Workplace
Mindfulness, Meditation and Relaxation
By balancing the energetic pace of corporate culture with opportunities to calm the mind and body,

approach, Alicia helps individuals learn how to reduce levels of stress, improve concentration,

Alicia McLucas, is a Certified Professional Co-Active Life Coach, CPCC, trained by the prestigious
Coaches Training Institute, and has enjoyed a successful coaching practice for over 10 years. Her coaching
practice includes coaching individuals wanting to improve upon all aspects of their lives, personally and
professionally. She is an experienced Corporate Stress Reduction Trainer in San Francisco and Silicon
Valley, helping organizations and their community of employees to balance the energetic pace of corpo-
rate culture with opportunities to learn how to reduce stress, increase their overall sense of well-being, and to live fulfilling
and happier lives.
Alicia has 12 years of experience as a Mindfulness and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and has completed the
MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Practicum Professional Teacher Training Program. She teaches Mindfulness
Meditation privately, within organizations, and for Stanford Health Care’s Supportive Care Program. She has served as
faculty at San Francisco State University where she taught classes in the Core Strengths Coaching Certificate Program.
