PRAYER
A Child’s Prayer
(by Benthan Edwards)
God make my life a little light
Within the world to glow;
A tiny flame that burneth bright,
Wherever I may go.
God make my life a little staff,
Whereon the weak may rest,
So that what health and strength I
have,
May serve my neighbors best.

10. STORY TIME!
Once upon a time, in a far-off land, there was a wise
old teacher who loved to teach grammar to his students.
One day, he decided to teach them about the different types
of sentences.
He began by explaining that a sentence is a group of
words that express a complete thought. He then went on to
explain the four different types of sentences: declarative,
interrogative, imperative, and exclamatory.
11. STORY TIME!
The declarative sentence makes a statement or
declares something, like "The sky is blue." The
interrogative sentence asks a question, like "What
time is it?" The imperative sentence gives a
command or direction, like "Clean your room."
And finally, the exclamatory sentence expresses
strong emotion or excitement, like "I won the
lottery!"
12. STORY TIME!
The students were fascinated by the different
types of sentences and had a lot of fun practicing
them in various exercises. They soon became
masters of all four types of sentences and were
grateful to their wise teacher for imparting such
valuable knowledge to them.
