LADLE NOZZLE
Introduction
Ladle Nozzle is made from corundum, bauxite, flake graphite, antioxidant and phenolic
resin formed on heavy duty presses in harden steel or carbide die by using white fused
alumina. To obtain maximum packing density, nozzles are fired at extremely high
temperature in order to increase corrosion resistance to metal and slag the fired nozzles
are further processed.
Advantages
Ladle nozzle shows features of excellent thermal shock resistance, good excellent
corrosion and erosion resistance, strong cracking resistance, long service life etc.
Application
Ladle nozzle is widely used in steel plant.

TUNDISH IMPACT PLATE
The impact plate is used for liquid steel induction area of tundish, and the nozzle well block
is used to install the nozzle, its mark, material quality and physical chemical indexes are
similar to the slag dam. Users can make rational combination to the slag dam, impact plate
and nozzle well block based on the smelting conditions and service conditions of tundish.

ALUMINUM CARBON LONG NOZZLE
Based on function categories, the long nozzles manufactured by our company are classified
into preheating nozzle, non-preheating nozzle, argon blowing nozzle and not argon blowing
nozzle, and based on material quality, nozzles mainly classified into aluminum carbon,
aluminum-zirconium carbon and aluminum-magnesia carbon. This product is provided with

METERING NOZZLE
The Zr metering nozzle manufactured by this company is specially used for the tundish
gating system without plug stick in the small square-base continuous casting machine, and
it is more suitable for multi-thread and small square-base continuous casting machine. All
nozzles adopt special-type and high-quality refined raw materials with reasonable structure
and strong erosion resistance. In the entire course of pouring, there is little change in
diameter of the nozzle with stable speed. Nozzles of the mosaic type, combined type and
entire difference type can also be provided as required by customers.
