 Senior master gunner for the brigade. Lead the brigade through 2 major NETs
(New Equipment Training) resulting in 180 crews being qualified.
 Built gunnery and training plans for over 700 MRAP crews during deployment
2009-2010.
 Built qualification tables and ranges for the brigade resulting in 100% crew
qualification.
 Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment
opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
