2. • Our company offered numerous types of services for
oil and gas companies all over western Colorado and
Western Pennsylvania.
• I was the lead supervisor for the Pennsylvania division
and was in charge of numerous administrative duties
including: supervising, hiring, terminating, training
employees, and conducting weekly health and safety
lessons. Which included feedback on safe and healthy
performance by employees the previous week and tips
on how to improve on the job health and safety
further.
2009-2011- Foreman and shift lead for Marsh Trucking LLC.
• We provided services and transported water for oil and
gas companies in western Colorado.
• I was in charge of separating sand, oil, gas, and water
during the flow back process of a fracturing job on a
gas well.
• I trained and lead crews during the various fracking
jobs we completed (I trained new employees on the
separator unit, on water management procedures, and
production procedures as well as safe on site
practices).
