2. Experience:

Mar 2008-Apr 2014 a Drilling Supervisor: TPOC Turkish Petroleum Overseas Company-
Tripoli-Libya.
Responsibilities and Duties:
I’m working as a Co Man with full responsibility for the next duties:
Carrying out full engineering analyses of rig site data and preparing regular well reports;
Following tightly the drilling program and well understanding of the drilling risk
evaluation including stuck, kick, losses.
Perform the duties of a Drilling Engineer in accordance with the petroleum industry’s
technical and HSE standards.
Daily tracking of cost and activities, maintaining surveillance sheets.
NPT (Non Productive Time) tracking.
Designing and selecting well-head equipment.
Cementing calculations.
Casing design: burst, collapse, tension.
Experienced with drilling engineering tasks such as hydraulic, torque and drag
calculations.
Monitoring the daily progress of well operations and current daily costs, comparing
actual costs with cost expenditure proposals and recommending changes or
improvements to rig work techniques.
Drawing up drilling programmers, taking account of desired production flow rates.
Preparing well data sheets.
Obtaining relevant data, carrying out analysis on site and recommending immediate
actions as necessary.
Coordinating and supervising the work of the drilling team.
Collaboration in EOWR (End of Well Report) preparation.
Undertake inspection, survey, audits and produce accurate reports of contractor
activities.
Familiar with well completion activities such as (DST both open and cased holes,
running TCP, sitting EZ drill Packers, slick line, swapping procedures and running ESP.
Familiar with drilling in both Carbonate (Sirte Basing) and sandstone (Murzuq Basin)
environments.
3. Key achievements:
Involved in preparing well design with accordance to offset wells data.
Involved in many problem solving and troubleshooting problems when drilling
exploration and appraisal wells.
Involved in drilling very deep wells (TVD 16,000 ft) and many problems were
encountered due to having a long active shale interval, using mud weight up to 15 ppg.
Problems includes ( Total loss, differential and mechanical sticking, Gas kick, fishing and
applying the solutions which were LCM, cement plugs, sidetrack by whip stock, different
kind of fishing tools).
In charge of mobilization and demobilization of the drilling rigs.
In charge of following up completion jobs including well testing with high experienced
Schlumberger crew.
I participate in implementing HSE meetings at rig site.
Apr 2014-Aug 2014 a Site Supervisor: Arrawafed Oil Services Company. Tripoli-Libya.
Responsibilities and Duties:
I’m working as a Site Supervisor with full responsibility for the next duties:
Ensure that all equipment are well maintained.
Ensure the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan.
Management of store and workshop.
Management of cars in service field.
Ensure the preparedness of equipment before leaving the comp.
Ensure staff service good practices and safety rules.
Supervisor staff during services and ensure equipment good handling.
Follow up service tickets upon service completion.
Prepare service reports upon request with client.
Ensure the effective implementation of the relevant QMS and OH&S procedures under
the supervision of the operation manager assistant.
Promoting and building strong safety awareness among site personnel.
Implementing best safety practices at company operational sites.
Ensure good line of communication with rig client QHSE.
Compile required reports and forward them to HSEC.
