 Providing construction inputs and necessary engineering constructability reviews.
 Ensure the project is adequately resourced (materials, qualified crew, tools and equipment’s…...etc.)
 Review and approve all site preparation activities according to international codes and standards.
 Effective management of subcontractors to ensure policy and business alignment as well as correct
system implementation to successfully deliver projects.
 Ensure that HSSE and quality policy is understood and implemented by Company personnel and
construction contractors.
 Lead the subcontractor field engineers to achieve maximum work efficiency.
 Implement procedures to ensure construction operations are continuously adhering to engineering
designs, specifications, quality standards, schedules and budget.
 Coordinate between project parties to ensure the Project technical integrity.
 Participate in review risks through HAZOP, HAZID, and PHSSER.
 Regular reporting on the Project status and represent the company for the progress / technical
meetings focusing on continual improvement / development of the project.
 Involved in the contracting strategies, negotiations and cost control.

nation’s/cultures.
Engineering Skills
 Review and approve the civil/structural and construction deliverables during Select, FEED, Detailed
Design and Execution.
 Effective contribution in EPC contractor selection process.
 Represent the company in the technical and progress meetings.
 Ensure during the design process compliance with Company / BP standards and HSSE Regulations.
 Prepare and review Project necessary documents (e.g. SOW, SOR, PEP and construction documents)
 Evaluating the quality of the project documents with respect to Company Engineering Technical
Practice (ETP).
 Lead the handover process and support the operation team in the commissioning and start-up phase.
 Ensuring all management of change and interfaces had been captured and documented.
 Ensuring all inspection/testing and application techniques had been performed.
