Communicate effectively with people. In this
way all the processes in the organization are
more efficient.
Communication is the basis for solving any doubts, conflicts or
problems that arise in an organization. Therefore this proposal is
aimed at having a better working environment and thus achieve
2Coexist with all employees, especially those
who are more quiet. If all people feel equally
valued in a company, a family is created.
Living with the most quiet is important, since your opinion can
be the difference that from solution to problems. The more
ideas are obtained for the solution of some conflict, the faster
it will be achieved.
3Do not go ahead with your idea if you see that
you already have enough problems. On the
contrary, identify the moment when you are
stuck and analyze why it was.
Before speaking, we must have security and
foundations to defend our ideas.
