countries of Latin America.

being aware and making use of PLM most important Templates and Tools. - To get Project
Teams involved into ProjectManagement by helpingunderstandingthe purpose and benefits
derived by Project Management.
I was also in charged of implementing a standard Tool to manage LA Integrated Service
Request Process. - Train and standardize the Service Request Process to Caricam, Brazil,
Andean, South Cone and LA PWF regions. - Improve impact analysis process in the
Miscellaneous Service Request to clearly setup expectations and costs associated to the
request. - Define and communicate the funding process for Service Request exceeding
baseline limits and define baseline limits. - Define Process KPI’s to measure and control
performance. - Reduce all preproduction server with an aging of + 6 Months. - Reduce 20%
preproduction server with an agingof +2 Months. Drivethe Global SR project. - Participated
in all meeting/Resolve issues/align process
