Directed the E-Business model education, and E-Technology training for the Digital Business IT organization.

Jointly provided project planning and oversight for the global integration of BP and Amoco’s PC and Network
computing infrastructure and applications. Personally recruited and directed staff of 26 employees/contractors
to develop and deliver training and communications for 25,000 internal customers worldwide. Completed the

Program Manager – Electronic Communications (ECOM) Millennium Project
Directed core cross-functional team of 25 to develop, engineer, and deliver our Front and BackOffice Y2K
Standard Computing Hardware and Software Delivery Environment. The team provided project management
and technology support for the five Business Stream’s deployment of over 30,000 PC’s at 450 sites worldwide.
Project Manager – European Shared Services Standard Computing Project
Directed transition support teams to integrate Amoco’s US and European IT infrastructure support processes
including Application Software Delivery, End-to-End Problem and Change Management, Quality Assurance and
Results Management, Training and Communications. Recognized by US and Europe IT VPs for creating the
first relationship with our Europe partners that enabled both IT organizations to work together as one team.
Training Manager – Central Region Information Technology Training
IT Training Supervisor for Amoco’s Central Region of approximately 2,400 IT and non-IT business customers.
Led team of training staff and local vendors to develop and deliver business integrated IT training solutions.
Established two new training facilities and managed seven others, plus developed over $1.5 million and 5000
student days of training business during fiscal ’96 - a revenue increase of 45%.
Project Manager – Common Problem Management Tool Project
Core application project leader for the $3M Common Problem Management Tool (CPMT) Project. Led many of
the technical and process sub-teams throughout the US to integrate Clarify’s three-tier client server application
into the 1st, 2nd, 3rd level support organizations. Designed/developed IT support business processes, screen
layouts, tables, and reporting tools. The tool and new processes enabled us to consolidate over 50 Help Desks
into one, and manage 25,000 new cases per month from 40,000 customers worldwide.
