Profile I’m a People Manager with over 12 years of experience on project managing
and supporting projects in their development, support and testing activities.
What I consider an important part of my profile, are not necessarily on the
core activities of my current role, but have a big impact on the success of my
career. Those activities are the creation of innovation projects that have help
to improve engagement, simplify processes, all done while the volunteers
acquire new skills that can apply to their projects.
Also very helpful was being the Liaison on customers site to negotiate
contracts and resources to successfully complete the entire development and
test cycles. I also have been participating in quality improvement groups as
the “Center of Excellence” in Guadalajara, the “Defect Prevention” team as
an area representative, a “Test consulting group”, “Test Center” and a
“Project Management” Community of Practice, and leading the Project
Management Transformation initiative.
