Achievements:
Managing an International Project, multi site in a Big Mobile Operator, I implemented with 35 resources
(Indians, Chileans, Germanys and Brazilians) the Mediation System in accordance with plan (cost, time and quality) with
0% of deviations. With Billing Systems project, we had been integrated +2000 news functionalities required by the
Customer in accordance on time and on budget for the following modules: Provisioning, Revenue Assurance,
Accounting, Payments and Banks, Call Collection, etc.
In a Big Telecommunication Company, I implemented a Field Services Project using SOA (Service Oriented
Platform), producing 17 Millions of Reais of annual gains, increasing of Customer Satisfaction due first time service and
problem resolution, with 90% of effectiveness.
As Senior Executive in a Media and Internet Company, I implemented a Governance Model Process and
Project & Portfolio Management allowing the unknowing reduction and increasing the deliverable indicator from 72% to
95%.
In a Big Beverage and Food Company, I implemented jointly with Supply Chain and Logistic Department,
an Operations Board that result on materials stock reduction from 51 to 17 millions of Reais per month, reducing
product and material loss in 50% and 80% of product’s delays.
