The document proposes establishing the Indian Society of Graduates (ISG) to improve the employability of university graduates in India. It notes that while India produces 3 million graduates annually, most lack the skills required by employers. ISG would offer communicative English courses, technical skills training, and specialized courses through university chapters to bridge this skills gap. It outlines the organizational structure from national to college levels and proposes funding the initiative through government and sponsorships. The goals are to enhance soft skills, standardize curricula, and promote skills development through training programs, multimedia learning resources, and an annual national competition among ISG university chapters.
