India has a rich history of scientific development and innovation dating back to ancient times. However, modern India has lost its edge in research and innovation for several reasons: lack of practical education, political influence over education, and an educational system that does not reward new ideas or research. To regain its status as a global leader in science and technology, India needs reforms that promote freedom of research, practical education, merit-based entry to research institutions, and a non-political system that encourages new ideas and innovation.

Need for more researchers in india to combat innovation and creativity crisisSanskriti University
The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has posed a burden to the worldwide economy which has impacted the people's lives and especially the healthcare system. The current scenario has showcased the problem and challenges in our invention process. Desperate time demands desperate solutions and it is one of the strong drivers of innovation and creativity among organizations and individuals. Time is a luxury to innovate at the time of crises that we are facing now and it has shown that it is not necessary to always invest so much time for innovating new things, but creativity can never always depend on these kinds of situations. This situation shows that the people of India also possess great innovative and creative ideas.

Elevating Tactical DDD Patterns Through Object CalisthenicsDorra BARTAGUIZ
After immersing yourself in the blue book and its red counterpart, attending DDD-focused conferences, and applying tactical patterns, you're left with a crucial question: How do I ensure my design is effective? Tactical patterns within Domain-Driven Design (DDD) serve as guiding principles for creating clear and manageable domain models. However, achieving success with these patterns requires additional guidance. Interestingly, we've observed that a set of constraints initially designed for training purposes remarkably aligns with effective pattern implementation, offering a more ‘mechanical’ approach. Let's explore together how Object Calisthenics can elevate the design of your tactical DDD patterns, offering concrete help for those venturing into DDD for the first time!

Securing your Kubernetes cluster_ a step-by-step guide to success !KatiaHIMEUR1
Today, after several years of existence, an extremely active community and an ultra-dynamic ecosystem, Kubernetes has established itself as the de facto standard in container orchestration. Thanks to a wide range of managed services, it has never been so easy to set up a ready-to-use Kubernetes cluster.
However, this ease of use means that the subject of security in Kubernetes is often left for later, or even neglected. This exposes companies to significant risks.
In this talk, I'll show you step-by-step how to secure your Kubernetes cluster for greater peace of mind and reliability.
Epistemic Interaction - tuning interfaces to provide information for AI supportAlan Dix
Paper presented at SYNERGY workshop at AVI 2024, Genoa, Italy. 3rd June 2024
https://alandix.com/academic/papers/synergy2024-epistemic/
As machine learning integrates deeper into human-computer interactions, the concept of epistemic interaction emerges, aiming to refine these interactions to enhance system adaptability. This approach encourages minor, intentional adjustments in user behaviour to enrich the data available for system learning. This paper introduces epistemic interaction within the context of human-system communication, illustrating how deliberate interaction design can improve system understanding and adaptation. Through concrete examples, we demonstrate the potential of epistemic interaction to significantly advance human-computer interaction by leveraging intuitive human communication strategies to inform system design and functionality, offering a novel pathway for enriching user-system engagements.

Neuro-symbolic is not enough, we need neuro-*semantic*Frank van Harmelen
Neuro-symbolic (NeSy) AI is on the rise. However, simply machine learning on just any symbolic structure is not sufficient to really harvest the gains of NeSy. These will only be gained when the symbolic structures have an actual semantics. I give an operational definition of semantics as “predictable inference”.
All of this illustrated with link prediction over knowledge graphs, but the argument is general.

Smart TV Buyer Insights Survey 2024 by 91mobiles.pdf91mobiles
91mobiles recently conducted a Smart TV Buyer Insights Survey in which we asked over 3,000 respondents about the TV they own, aspects they look at on a new TV, and their TV buying preferences.
2. ∗ Freedom in Research & Innovation.
∗ Freedom in experiments.
∗ Investment on research by Gov. & Org.
∗ More involvement of Students in Research Org.
∗ Increase in Practical Education then theoretical.
∗ Motivating Peoples for New ideas & way of Solutions
∗ Creating Environment of Scientific Studies
FUTURE IDEA
3. ∗ India is country of research & innovation from ancient
time. The golden ancient India not due to much
minerals or metals ,but due to research & innovation.
∗ India is the educational & research hub from ancient
time as “The Nalanda University” & “Vikram sila
University” etc.
∗ When You starts reading ancient Indian history you
can see many inn0vation & research.
Introduction
4. ∗ We are most ancient scientifically developed country.
As for example Iron Pillar at Qutub Minar, The ancient
Indian book Vimanika Sastra, Auerveda etc.
You may be shocked to know that in todays world we
can’t able to divide electron, proton & neutron but in
our ancient book many years before these research
they divide them in many parts**.
**“ From the Book ‘Vishali Ki Nagarvadu’”..
Science & India
5. ∗ We lost many of our ancient innovation & research &
books in various wars.
∗ As we all know India is the country of most Intelligent
science & math loving people.
∗ Many country gets motivated by our work & know
leading in research ,innovation & technology.
∗ But Why not we.???
6. ∗ At this time you can check any research Lab & our top
institutions they are full of uncreative peoples. No one
wants make research but just want more & more in their
salary. As you can see that most of peoples of Various IITs
& IIMs want to job in market field because this helps him to
get more & more money for making others fool.
∗ If any one come with different Idea this system is made of
such that prove him mad easily without listening that
ideas.
What’s Going on in INDIA?
7. ∗ We are investing money in research & development
field but ultimately no gain ,except some peoples
labour make us proud .
∗ Educational system is made such that no one wants
to make research because of time ,hard labour &
money.
∗ Only theoretical knowledge is made essential in India
no need of practical application of that.
8. ∗ Firstly education & research work should be under the
control of most educated people ,not be part of
government because we see that see that when any
government changes they starts experiment on
educational system .Every year new system is started
without thinking of it’s Impact on peoples.
∗ No political influence in educational system by the
government. In other education & army in India should be
under control of President not prime minister .President
must come from most educated peoples not by politics.
How to change the system?
9. ∗ Make scientific & technical education more practical
then theoretical.
∗ Motivating peoples for new ideas & innovation form
smallest level to largest level.
∗ Open gate entry in research org. – i.e. no limitation of
percentage ,castes, states etc. . Any one who
compete form the fair competitions should allow to
enter in it.
10. ∗ Research takes time ,money much but it finished ,it
gives much profit then investment. You may say how
?
It is simple when you making scientific research a
centralised firm take care of all cost after finishing new
innovation they can sell it in various companies as per
need. So the money output is very far greater then
money input.
Money Balancing
11. ∗ Fair educational system.
∗ Making education system online for children who
don’t able to come school.
∗ Easily available books & same educational system
/board for poor & rich.
∗ motivating peoples for ideas & innovation.
Points for educational development
